GETTING RID OF FOOT & HEEL PAIN CAN’T BE THAT EASY?!

Or can it?

There is nothing worse than getting out of bed first thing in the morning, looking forward to a great day in front of you, only to be greeted with that searing pain in the bottom of your foot as your feet hit the floor. Or maybe you have that nagging pain in the back of your heel? You notice it the more you do, and it seems like it always flares up when you need your feet the most. Many a vacation, football game, tennis match and hiking trip have been ruined by that pain in your foot. You know what it is. Seems like you’ve had it forever even though it really hasn’t been all that long. Or maybe it has?

PLANTAR FASCIITIS / ACHILLES TENDONITIS

We’re talking about Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis. They are the two common foot problems people can have. But you already knew what it was. You’ve seen the doctor, slowed down your walking program, taken medication, used ice and bought those expensive shoe inserts. You’ve even worn that bulky and uncomfortable night splint. And you still have the pain! The doctor has even mentioned surgery. As you survey your friends, seems like they have all had it too! They also had a hard time making it go away.

HOW CAN YOU GET RID OF IT?

Believe it or not, even though it may seem like it’s hard to get rid of, and if you are still reading, I’m sure you can attest how hard it is, there is a rather simple formula to making this problem completely go away. The problem most people have is they are too impatient to follow the formula. They want a pill, a shot, a quick fix. But this condition didn’t appear overnight. Why would you think you could “get back to normal” that fast? But there is good news, the formula is EASY!
